What if i am not located in London?
If you are not located in London, don't worry we can work with you remotely using our digital services such as WhatsApp, Skype, phone or email. Many of our clients comes to us due to our extensive inventory and stunningly crafted jewellery that is personalised to each individuals needs. All jewellery is shipped fully insurance by a specialist courier company to any location in UK and internationally.
What if i want to re-design my ring?
If you already have a stone or inherit a ring, we are more then happy to work with you and design that perfect setting to enhance the beauty of your diamond or gemstone. Please note that we charge a £350 setting fee in addition to the cost of the setting.
Do you only work with only Diamonds?
We specialise in diamonds, sapphire, rubies and emeralds.
Do you only sell engagement rings?
Not at all! We can bespoke all kinds of fine jewellery to accommodate you requirements. Engagement rings are usually the starting point where customers find us, however many of our clients comes back for their wedding bands, push rings, anniversary, birthday, Valentine's day and Christmas gifts.
Is it easier to buy a diamond online?
Although a GIA certified diamond has the basic fundamental diamond grading system for you to understand the quality and value if a diamond, we genuinely believe that every diamond has it's own natural flaws, beauty and characteristics. Two diamonds can have exactly the same grading on a certificate but look completely different in reality. The type of flaws you have could tremendously impact the value of the diamond. This is why we recommend booking an appointment with one of our diamond experts so that we can give you an in depth diamond consultation experience where you will be able to understand and appreciate the value and beauty of each diamond to then help you make a more informative decision on this important point in your life.
Only 10% of the worlds diamonds is shown online, however as one if our exclusive customers we have the resources to search an extensive inventory of diamonds worldwide that you can't see online so you don't miss out! This vetting process will ensure that we will only present you the most spectacular diamonds that suits all your requirements.
SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept: VISA debit, credit cards, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Bank transfer, and Cash payments.
When is payment due?
We request a 50% deposit to secure a diamond and start the process of building your custom ring. The balance is required when the ring is complete and upon your approval of the finished product.
Is there any tax?
VAT in the UK is currently 20% and is included in the retail price. We are not able to handle VAT exemptions online, however if you require more information on how to claim back your VAT charges please contact one of our team members by email or phone and we'll be more then happy to assist you.
RING SIZING AND JEWELLERY CARE
Jewellery Valuation
Once your ring is complete, we will provide you with a complementary jewellery valuation (worth £149) that you can present to an insurance company. We recommend TH March as the most reputable, easy to work with company for stand alone jewellery insurance policies. For more information check out the link https://www.thmarch.co.uk.
What if i get the ring sizing wrong?
Don't worry we'll take care of this! Once you get the ring back to us it will take 2-3 working days to adjust the size of the ring, however if there is a personalise engraving inside the ring then this will take an additional 5 working days. If you're a long-distance client, contact your personal diamond consultant by e-mail and they will arrange a Fedex prepaid label for the insured value of your ring. Round trip shipping is a flat £75 fee. For all our engagement ring customers we offer one complementary ring resizing (up-to 3 sizes up or down, depending on design). How do i care for my jewellery at home?
Fine jewellery is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. To extend the life of your jewellery and keep them in optimal condition please follow the following care instructions:
- Leave your jewellery at home before engaging in strenuous activities, such as gym, gardening etc.
- Take off your jewellery before your daily rituals such as: showering, lotion, perfume, etc.
- Keep your jewellery away from chemicals including as perfume, hair spray, cosmetics and lotion.
To clean your diamond jewellery, use a soft toothbrush and washing up detergent and gently scrub gold and diamonds. Dry it with lint cloth or any glass cleaning cloth and using a hair dryer at the coolest temperature, hold it about 20cm away and air dry the jewellery. Do this every 3-4 months or when you feel the jewellery is in need for some TLC. We also provide complementary in store cleaning and inspection of all rings sold.
